Sajin Vaas granted bail after 4 months in remand edit post

Yesterday the Colombo High Court granted bail to former UPFA MP Sajin de Vass Gunawardena who was in custody for more than 4 months for allegedly misusing vehicles belonging to the Presidential Secretariat Office.

A bail application was accepted when the case was taken up for hearing before High Court Judge Manilal Vaidya-tilaka.

The former MP was enlarged on a cash bail of 1 million rupees and two personal bails of 20 million rupees each.
