13th should be fully activated and power should be devided – Modi edit post

The Indian media reports that the Indian new Prime Minister Narendra Modi has requested Sri Lankan president Mahinda Rajapaksa to activate the 13th amendment fully in the areas where the majority are Tamils.
“The Hindu” paper reports that he has stated that it should be done as promised at the discussions in 2010 with the former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and the U N secretary general Ban Ki Moon.

The Indian Prime Minister has made this request at the discussion held in New Delhi.

Indian Prime Minister has stated the president that this can be successful by activating a solution which goes beyond the 13th amendment.
