MP Gunawardana was remanded when he was produced before Colombo Chief Magistrate Gihan Pilapitiya in connection with the misuse of 20 vehicles belonging to the President’s Secretariat.
MP Sajin de Vass Gunawardana reported to the CID this morning to give a statement with regard to misplacing of several vehicles that belonged to the President Secretariat.
Police Media Spokesman ASP Ruwan Gunasekera said the MP was arrested after questioning him.
