Coalition, confusing govt. this time – JVP leader

The parliamentary election will create a coalition government, as the defeat of ex-president Mahinda Rajapaksa is certain, while Ranil Wickremesinghe cannot gain a majority, says JVP leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake.

That coalition government will be full of confusion and people cannot expect any relief from it, he predicted.

He added that the JVP would not join the coalition government.

The JVP is prepared to be the force that will discipline this coalition, confusing government, he said, and asked the people to elect more MPs from his party in order for it to form the opposition in parliament.
