“I don’t think the country’s government will allow that,” he told reported in Colombo.
The former Defence Secretary stated that certain mistakes made cannot be describes as what took place during the war in general.
“If a wrongdoing has been committed by a certain individual or a soldier then that person should be found and punished. You cannot say the entire army or military system is wrong,” he said.
