Spouse of the individual killed during the row with the police in Embilipitiya requests protection

Shashika Nishamani, the spouse of the individual who was killed following a row with the police in Embilipitiya says she lacks protection and security.

She added that police had taken no steps to secure the evidence of the crime scene so far.

The family of the deceased accuses the police of noting that there are inconsistencies in the evidence obtained.

The family added that evidence was obtained from an individual who did not attend the party.
