Gammanpila to file petitions

Leader of the Pivithuru Hela Urumaya Parliamentarian Udaya Gammanpila stated that they intend in filing petitions with regard to the election in case sufficient evidence is received regarding certain matters during the election.
This was addressing a media briefing in Colombo yesterday.

Meanwhile, Former Parliamentarian Rohana Dissanayaka recently alleged that the Matale District preferential vote list of the UPFA had been tampered with.

Meanwhile, UPFA candidate for Kegalle Raajika Wickramasinghe also wrote to the Elections Commissioner stating that the preferential list of the district had been changed.
