No-confidence motion against Ravi! edit post

The joint opposition will move a no-confidence motion against finance minister Ravi Karunanayake, says MP Udaya Gammanpila.

The reason for moving the motion is that he has falsely reported to parliament that six per cent of the GDP would be allocated for education through budget 2016, said the MP.

The no-confidence motion will be moved within the coming week, said Gammanpila.
