The upcountry train back on track

The railway control unit states that the train services in the upcountry which were halted due to derailment of a train between Pattipola and Ohiya railway stations have been stabilized.

A goods train which was travelling towards Haputale derailed day before yesterday afternoon. The railway control unit further stated that the postal train which was scheduled to travel towards Badulla day before yesterday evening travelled only up to Nanuoya due to the derailment.
