A report submitted to court on the misplacement of bone fragments from the body of Wasim Thajudeen body edit post

A former Colombo Judicial Medical Officer Ananda Samarasekera informed Court yesterday that he is not aware of  the misplacement of several bone fragmentations from the body of former ruggerite Wasim Thajudeen.

The former Judicial Medical Officer stated in his report which was submitted to Court today, he had instructed storage of a few selected bone fragments in a freezer after conducting the post mortem on the body back in 2012 .

He further stated that he retired on 3rd of June 2013, and he has no knowledge about what has happened to the evidence following his retirement.

The Hearing of the case resumes today.
