Conduct the Local Government elections before March 31st- Joint Opposition edit post

The Joint Opposition (JO) requested Election Commission Chairman Mahinda Deshapriya to hold the Local Government election before 31st of March.

They made this request when the JO MPs and the Election Commission Chairman met last afternoon.

Expressing his views to media after this discussion NFF leader MP Wimal Weerawansa said that it was a responsibility of the Election Commission to hold the election at the due time.
