Over 2,800 facebook complaints in 2015 edit post

More than 2,800 complaints of facebook misuse were received last year, said the Sri Lanka Computer Emergency Readiness Team.

Faked accounts to insult persons, hacking into accounts and abuse of facebook were main among them, said its senior engineer Roshan Chandragupta.

This is an increase when compared to 2,250 complaints in 2014 and nearly 1,200 complaints in the previous year, he said.
